Fangcheng Xiangyu Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest companies who produce industrial chemical fiber. Since its establishment in 1996, the company has been devoted to development and manufacturing of quality high-intensity chemical fibers and relative industrial textiles. By now, it has developed into a multi-field company engaged in chemical fiber development, manufacturing and trading with an overall area of 66,000 square meters, total assets of 80 million and 285 staff members.
In the past years, based on imported technologies and self development, we have successfully upgraded three FDY high-speed spinning and driving production lines, which reach the leading level in the world and are most featured of advanced technologies and short working length. These equipment are even comparable with many international advanced ones and can be adopted for high-speed production of polyester sewing threads and rubber framework materials. Now annually we produce 6000 tons of polyester filament fibers, 3000 tons of polypropylene filament fibers, and 1000 tons of polyester sewing threads and fishing net threads, which are sold in dozens of provinces and municipal cities in China.
Our products covers: “Feihu Brand” 120-1050D industrial general-type polyester filament (Intensity ≥6．5G／D), 120-1500D high-intensity industrial filament （120－500 Intensity≥8．0g／D、630－1500Intensity≥8．5g／D）, 150-250D polypropylene filament, sewing thread and fishing net thread in different counts. Among them, the polyester filament which is also our key product has been awarded “Great Technical Improvement Prize of Henan Province”, “Quality Product of Henan Province”, etc.. Our company has also been awarded as “Creditable Unit” by Henan Provincial and Fangcheng local governments.
